We would love for you to collect your chosen item at our store within 7 days of ordering the item online. That way, you can try on your purchase immediately, we can help you to complete your look or make an instant exchange in case of doubt.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All items must be in original condition, not worn, tags still attached.
You can return the product within seven (7) days of pick-up at the store or delivery at your home.
Before returning the product, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) days of delivery and with reason of return.
TWIGGY will help you find an other item and/or reimburse the exact amount by credit transfer.
Please contact us at email@example.com before returning the purchased item with reason of return and this within two (2) days of delivery.
If the delivery is not conform the Buyer’s order (different style, color, size than what you ordered), contact us within two (2) days after receiving the order. We will help you further.
If the item you ordered does not suit your expectations, please use the ‘return form’ included in the package you have received from us. You can either deposit the goods in their original state, undamaged and in their packaging at the store or send it by mail at your own expense within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
After having received the goods in its original state within the set time period, TWIGGY wilL reimburse you by credit transfer.
In the event of hidden defects, contact us within the period of two (2) days afters discovering the hidden defect, accompanied with a written description and image of the fault via photo. We will help you further.
PICK UP AT THE STORE
If you have chosen to pick up your item at the store, please collect this within seven (7) days of ordering the item online.
If this item does not suit your expectations, our TWIGGY team will gladly help you find something else in return, the correct size and/or style. It’s also possible to have the exact amount reimbursed by credit transfer.
