Twiggy welcomes you to our webshop. We hope you will enjoy this service and invite you to browse through our products.
When placing your order, we will check the availability of your requested goods in our shop. You will be informed accordingly within 1 working day following your order. The selected items will be put aside in our shop for 3 calendar days, to allow you to transfer the amount due. As per your request, the goods will be sent to your specified address or prepared for pick-up by you in our shop. You will receive your package for Benelux deliveries maximum 2 days after we have received your payment.
We charge 10€ for any shipment below the total order value of 150€ for Benelux and France. For other destinations, please send us an email to webshop@twiggy.be to calculate transporation cost. For all other order amounts, transport is free of charge.
In case of any defect of the goods received, please notify us on webshop@twiggy.be within 24 hours after receipt so we can verify with our supplier. You can return the package to our shop and we will keep you informed on any possibility for replacement of your goods. In case of out-of-stock we will send you a voucher for the same value or refund through bank transfer.
Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, without specifying any reason, you can return the goods in the original package and in un-used condition to: Twiggy bvba, notarisstraat 3, 9000 gent, Belgium. After receipt of your package, you will be refunded through bank transfer. Kindly note that this rule is not applicable for discounted products for which a re-fund or swap or alternative gift voucher is not possible.
